What camera components can be customized?
Optical zoom lenses (20x–80x+), radiometric thermal cores, laser illuminators, enclosure materials and coatings, ONVIF / custom firmware, branded Web UI, and solar off-grid packages. Customization can target a single component or the full hardware stack.
Do you support custom VMS and third-party protocol integration?
Yes. All hardware supports ONVIF Profile S, G, and T out of the box. Our firmware team can additionally implement custom REST APIs, Pelco-D/P telemetry, Modbus TCP, or proprietary binary protocols for direct integration with Milestone, Genetec, or bespoke VMS platforms.
How is intellectual property protected during co-development?
We execute a bilateral NDA before any detailed technical exchange. For full ODM co-development, client-funded tooling molds and custom firmware codebases are exclusively assigned to the contracting client with strict non-compete provisions.
What QA testing does every custom unit undergo?
Every production unit completes 100% outgoing QA including 48-hour full-motion burn-in, optical MTF calibration, thermal cycling (−40°C to +70°C), and pressurized IP66/IP67 ingress verification. A traceable Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) certificate ships with each order.
