The ISAF International Security Exhibition held in Istanbul from October 9–12, 2024 marked another milestone for Fengtaida as a global PTZ camera manufacturer. The 28th edition of ISAF brought together over 300 exhibitors and thousands of security professionals, buyers, and system integrators from across Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia — making it one of the most important trade events in the security industry calendar.

Fengtaida at ISAF 2024: Booth 4A-242

Our team set up at Booth 4A-242, presenting our latest lineup of PTZ speed dome cameras, long-range IR surveillance systems, and solar-powered off-grid camera solutions. The exhibition floor gave us the opportunity to engage directly with importers, security integrators, and OEM partners across a remarkably diverse range of markets and project types.

The most significant interest at the booth centered on three product families:

• IRS / IRS2 4K IR Speed Dome Series — Our flagship outdoor PTZ cameras attracted strong attention from integrators working on perimeter security and smart city projects, particularly for their long-range night vision (up to 500m IR) and IP66 weather resistance.
• Solar PTZ System (300W + 180AH) — The off-grid solar camera package generated considerable interest from buyers serving remote infrastructure projects in regions with limited grid access, including pipeline monitoring, border surveillance, and rural transportation corridors.
• IRW2D Thermal EO/IR PTZ Dome — Our dual-spectrum thermal camera system drew specialized interest from defense-adjacent integrators and critical infrastructure operators looking for 24/7 detection solutions that go beyond standard day/night cameras.

Key Conversations and Market Insights

Beyond showcasing products, ISAF 2024 was invaluable for understanding how buyer requirements are evolving in different markets. Several consistent themes emerged across our booth conversations:

• OEM flexibility matters more than ever. Multiple buyers explicitly asked about private-label options, firmware customization, and co-branded accessories — confirming the growing demand for true OEM partnerships rather than simple product resale.
• CE/FCC certification is now a baseline requirement. For any product entering European or North American-adjacent markets, buyers confirmed that certification documentation must be available from day one of procurement discussions.
• AI and analytics integration is becoming a selection criterion. Several mid-to-large integrators asked specifically about ONVIF compatibility with AI-based VMS platforms, and whether our cameras support edge analytics or third-party SDK integration.
